Hands on and Thorough

Ed did our building and pest inspection for a purchase of a property.
He promptly arrived on site, introduced himself and gave a very clear overview of what his procedures for the inspection were to all parties involved.
Very approachable, enthusiastic, hands-on, thorough and happy to have questions asked along the way.
Extremely knowledgeable and upfront; challenging our pushy real estate sales agent with her incorrect notions. He also provided a follow up phone call to make sure I was happy with the service and assist with any post inspection questions. This was very helpful as I was able to discuss issues that had risen from the inspection.
I will be using Ed again for the next inspection and I would highly recommend.
